Q. How durable are your products?

A.  We go to great lengths to insure the durability of our products. The Light Buster was tested for over 6 Months before introduction. Our motorcycle and exhaust parts are almost indestructable!

Q. Are these all of the products that you have?

A.  No. We are constantly adding new products to our inventory, so be sure to check back with us often.

Q. Is the Light Buster trailer accessory light waterproof?

A.  The light is designed to be weather resistant but not meant to be submerged in water.

Q. Can I replace the lens or the Halogen bulb?

A.  Yes. You can purchase a new lens or bulb from Mototrixonline.com under the products section.

Q. Light won't work?

A.

1. Check bulb to make sure that it is not broken. If broken, you can order new bulbs at motrotrix.com or at most home improvemet stores. Make sure you get a Phillips MR16. Others will work, but the desired lighting will not be the same.
2. Are you in the correct mode? Rotate the head of the light to desired function and test. In the utility mode, make sure that you have your running lights on.
3. Check fuses and replace if necessary.
4. On some vehicles, the trailering backup fuse needs to be installed.
5. Make sure that you have power to each contact. Center pole is the backup circuit. Upper left is the running light circuit and will run the utility function.

Q. How do I bring my Skull Tip back to the way it looked when I bought it?    

A.  Over time, your tip may become dull. Road dirt and grime can dull its appearance. A can of black spray paint will freshen the eyes and nose. Then take a wire wheel and run it over the surface. This will bring back the original appearance. A bench grinder works best.

Q. Will the tip restrict my exhaust flow?

A.  Our tests have shown no change in the flow.

Q. What about exhaust tips for my diesel?

A.  Our suggestion is this. The standard pipe diameter for a diesel exhaust is 3.5". Have an exhuast ship split the exhaust into duals just behind the muffler with and exit diameter of 3" on each tube This will increase overall flow to 6" and allow you to install our Skull Exhaust Tips. (Try one out on each side for some real attitude).
